Gamesville - Help - Questions About Prizes

How Do I Claim My Prizes At Gamesville?

When you win a prize at Gamesville.com, you can claim it by visiting: gamesville.com/wins.

This page lists:
  • Prizes you've won and have claimed
  • Prizes you've won and not yet claimed
  • Prizes you've won but did not claim within the stated time frame
Please allow 24 hours from your win date/time for the win to show up on your Winnings page.

If you have multiple unclaimed prizes available, we will automatically bundle those prizes together for you into a singular amount.

Before we release any prize to you, you will be asked to confirm your mailing information. This is to ensure we send your prizes to your current mailing address.

Speaking of which -- in the past, we've had prize checks returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service because the post office didn't understand or recognize the address.

For example, one member entered "PGH, PA" for her city and state. Around Pennsylvania, "PGH" might automatically translate to "Pittsburgh". But, in terms of mailing, that kind of shorthand can cause trouble.

To avoid lengthy delays in receiving your prizes, please be sure to confirm how the U.S. Postal Service sees your address by visiting their official site at zip4.usps.com. From that site (for free) you can enter your address and they will provide your ZIP + 4 in the results. Please be sure to use that address for your mailing address in our system.

Important Note: If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, fails to register a proper and current mailing address with Gamesville, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release, within sixty (60) days of the win event the prize will be forfeited.

Please be advised that any prize returned to us as undeliverable will be considered forfeited and will not be reissued -- so please make sure your address is correct! If you're not sure if your address is correct (or, "deliverable" as the U.S. Postal Service puts it) please confirm that the U.S. Postal Service understands your address by visiting their official site at zip4.usps.com. From that site (for free) you can enter your address and they will provide your ZIP + 4 in the results. Be sure to use that address format for your mailing address in our system. If you live in Canada, verify your address through canadapost.ca and if you're from the United Kingdom, verify your address through RoyalMail.com.

To keep our accounting department from burning us in effigy, there will be a $1 check processing & handling fee assessed for win claims under $5.

However, this fee will not be applied to anyone who claims a Bingo Zone win prior to February 26, 2010. For example, if you won $4 in Bingo Zone on February 25, 2010, you will be able to claim that $4 win on February 26, 2010, and not be subject to the $1 processing & handling fee.

For more information about prizes, please see our Prizes FAQ.
