How To Play Spider Solitaire
Question
How do I play Spider Solitaire?
Answer
- Spider Solitaire uses two decks (104 cards).
- You have 10 tableau columns consisting of 44 cards with the top card of each pile appearing face up, and 60 cards remaining in your stock.
- The object of the game is to build 8 sequences (an entire suite of 13 cards) down in suit within the tableau (each running from King to Ace) and then move them to 8 foundations.
- The top card of each column is available for play to another tableau column. You can build tableau piles down regardless of suit, ending at Ace. You cannot build a King on an Ace.
- One card at a time can be moved from pile to pile. Cards of the same suit and in a descending sequence may be moved as a unit, in whole or in part, to another column (groups of cards not of the same suit cannot be moved).
-
When any of tableaus are empty you can fill space with any card or group of cards.
-
Use the undo and re-undo option to undo your last move(s).
When you have made all the available plays on the board, click on the stock pile to deal one card on each tableau pile. All gaps (empty spaces) in the tableau have to be filled before the deal.
-
The game is won if all 8 sequences are discarded (when you discard the two decks in 8 sequences and nothing is left on the tableau).
-
GV Rewards are based on the level of difficulty (1 suit =75 Rewards, 2 suit = 200 Rewards, Webby = 750 Rewards)
- There is no redeal.
