Multiplayer Web Game Developer

Are you a Multiplayer Web Game Developer who's worked on Social Media games? If so, we've got great news....

Gamesville.com, a Boston-area developer of casual games, is looking for a Multiplayer Web Game Developer to join our development team.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Flash games using ActionScript 3
Design and implement modular and highly-performing server-side game logic
Design and implement database schema and access mechanisms
Design game mechanics and balance
Debug, optimize, release, repeat
Participate in concept and design phases

Requirements:

2-4 years programming experience developing multiplayer Flash (ActionScript 3) games
Must be able to develop in a Unix environment and work with version control
Experience developing game server code and database schema
Ability to quickly prototype and iterate towards production-level quality
Must provide examples of games you've developed and explain your role in the process
Experience developing mobile applications a plus
