First impressions of the Thrillaroo game library
If I were to describe the Thrillaroo website in one word, it would be “simple.” The platform has no frills, just a straightforward display of the tabs and gaming grid. Keep in mind that the initial landing page you see when you first visit the site only provides important details about the platform. You see the real display when you’re logged in.
To give you an overview, the primary tabs are at the top. These include the game modes, the buy option, and a hamburger icon that opens into a menu when you click it. Below that header is the game lobby. The website takes a while to buffer the first time you visit. So, you might have to wait a few seconds for the game icons to load when you’re moving between sections.
The game lobby itself houses 80+ titles. This is not as extensive as the 3,000+ options that boosted my BigPirate rating, but I must say that Thrillaroo’s game quality is decent. Plus, they are all developed in-house.
How the website performs on mobile devices
In my opinion, the website was built mostly with mobile users in mind. Even on a desktop, it looks like you’re playing on a mobile device, just in landscape mode. On smaller screens, you get the same streamlined layout, 80+ games, and access to every other offering. There is no app, but you can add the website’s icon to your homescreen for faster access to the platform.

Game types available at Thrillaroo
Now, there isn’t much variety on the platform. So it makes sense that there are only a few game categories: Slots, Keno, and Classics. There is a dedicated “favorites” lobby where you can add games that you enjoy playing. But for this section, I’ll focus on the game categories and what to expect under each one:
Slots
This is where you’ll find most of the platform’s games. I like how Thrillaroo explored various themes instead of sticking to games with classic fruit symbols and lucky sevens. There are games inspired by fantasy, Greek mythology, vending machines, and farming, to mention a few. Some titles here include The Crane Game, Forge Thy Riches, and Fit For Winning.
Keno
Thrillaroo spices up its slot collection by featuring three keno variants: Fate & Fortune Keno, Big Sky Keno, and Queen of the Mile Keno. While each one has its own theme and features, they all revolve around picking up to 10 numbers and matching them to the numbers drawn in the game.
Classics
When I visited the Classics section, I expected to find fruit-themed games or titles inspired by old-school slot machines. I did see a few – Cherry Master Deluxe and Super Hit Sevens – but most are based on other themes. A few examples include Twin Twisters, Blackbeard Fortune, and Reel Groovy.
Original games at Thrillaroo
At the beginning of this new review, I realized that all the games at Thrillaroo are original, as they are developed in-house. To my delight, the operator did an excellent job of creating high-quality games. Every title had great visuals, even when the theme was simple. Many also included extra bonus symbols like wilds and scatters along with a free spins round.

Recommended games at Thrillaroo
In the table above, I provided my five top Thrillaroo games. Here, I will briefly review each one to give you an idea of how they play out:
🎰 Mega Burst Jackpot Hit
Mega Burst Jackpot Hit is a classic game with a modern flair. It features luxurious-looking versions of fruits, lucky sevens, bars, and bells as symbols. After every winning combination, a cascading feature kicks in, making it possible to get consecutive wins from a single spin.
The game’s major highlight is the jackpot, which you can win when five jackpot symbols land on the reels. Meanwhile, getting five or more scatters triggers the free spins. The scatters that triggered the free spins remain locked in place during the bonus round.
🏴☠️ Cannonfire Wilds
In Cannonfire Wilds, Thrillaroo takes you on a pirate adventure on a 5×4 reel layout with 30 winning lines. Its symbols include anchors, skulls, flags, maps, treasure chests, parrots, and wheels. The pirate himself can appear stacked during the main game.
Hitting three or more bonus skulls starts the free spins round. During the round, three special spaces appear above the reels, and each one can be filled by a cannon with a multiplier. These canons can deliver wilds and more free spins.
🌴 Passage to El Dorado
Set against the backdrop of a waterfall and a lush jungle, Passage to El Dorado is a 6-reel slot that uses a “connection-pay” mechanic. This means you win by landing four or more of the same symbols in a connected pattern on the reels. It’s similar to a cluster-pay system.
It features cascades that start after every winning combination. There are also free spins that begin when three or more bonus symbols land on the reels. During free spins, scatters can appear and randomly award wins.
🐉 Monsters on Vacation
Monsters of Vacation plays out on a unique 5-reel setup with 540 ways to win. Symbols in the game include drinks, a monster barbecue, and five monster characters. There’s a wild that can replace other symbols and scatters that trigger the free spins round.
Whenever the regular wild hits during free spins, it expands to become a full wild reel. If a full wild reel lands during the round, it remains locked in place for the next spin.
💪 Fit For Winning
For this game, Thrillaroo drew inspiration from gym culture, featuring symbols such as skipping ropes, whey protein, dumbbells, gym bags, and a woman working out. The slot uses a scatter-pays system, so you win by landing four or more of the same symbols anywhere on the five reels.
Four or more scatters on the reels award free spins. During the round, the wilds change to become Extra Spins, while lifter symbols and weights are added to the grid. The lifter can award a scatter-pay win, while the Extra Spin delivers an additional spin, and the weighted symbol provides multipliers.
Is Thrillaroo trustworthy?
First things first, Thrillaroo uses a unique gaming model. Like sweepstakes casinos, it lets you play using two types of virtual currencies. In this case, that’s Chill Points and Thrill Tokens. However, it does not support prize redemptions, which is why it does not get a free SC rating from me. Instead, you can cash out whatever you win from playing in Thrill Mode.
Thrillaroo is also not a conventional online casino, so it doesn’t need a license to operate. But from my experience, the platform is secure. It uses SSL encryption, has clear terms and conditions, and supports reliable payment methods.
Customer support
At the time of this Thrillaroo Casino review, the platform offered customer support only via email. I tried it out and received a response within an hour, which is impressive compared to the 24-hour response time I get on most sweepstakes platforms.
Thrillaroo bonuses
When evaluating any gaming site, I always do a promotions review to learn more about its bonuses. Unfortunately, Thrillaroo does not have many offers. The major promotion I found was the 7-day free trial. I consider this worthwhile, as it allows you to test the platform without making an initial payment.
There is no Thrillaroo VIP program, but this is understandable as the platform is still new. You also won’t find a welcome bonus, and there is no Thrillaroo no deposit bonus, as deposits aren’t allowed on the site. Keep an eye on the promotions page to see if it adds extra offers.
Payments at Thrillaroo
After the free trial, you’ll need to subscribe to keep using Thrillaroo. There are three subscription options:
- $29.99 for 7 days
- $99.99 for 30 days
- $289.99 for 90 days
Whether you’re on the free trial or an actual subscription, you get free Chill Points. To play in Thrill Mode, you must purchase Thrill Tokens from the store. You can do this using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Thrill Mode also comes with the Win Win Guarantee that gives back whatever losses you make from playing with Thrill Tokens. You can withdraw your Thrill Token winnings using a bank transfer.
Thrillaroo review summary
Thrillaroo brings something different to the table. As you can see in this review, it is not a standard online casino or a sweepstakes gaming site. Instead, it features a subscription-based model and runs on a two virtual currency system.
Its game collection is not broad, as it houses only 80+ titles. However, Thrillaroo is still new, and there’s a good chance that it will expand its library over time.
I do like that the available titles were developed in-house, making them exclusive to the gaming site. Its slots and keno variants are also high quality, though I would like to see the operator publish its games’ RTPs and volatility.
Overall, Thrillaroo shows much promise. If you’re interested in what it has to offer, then click the on-page links to visit the site and register. Just note that it is available only in California, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, and New York.
