Virtual Currencies at Lucky Hands Casino – How do They Work?
Most Lucky Hands Casino reviews fail to mention that the site uses two virtual currencies: Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins. Each one has its specifics and you need to know how it works before proceeding.
Gold Coins
The Gold Coins are the fun virtual currency at Lucky Hands that people can’t redeem for anything. Users can obtain them by trying different bonuses and purchasing special Gold Coins packs. In both cases, the Gold Coins can’t be exchanged for any tangible prizes.
Sweepstakes Coins
The Sweepstakes Coins may look just like Gold Coins, but the key difference is their redeemability. Players who meet the requirements can redeem the SC for cash prizes or gift cards. Another significant difference is in the way you get them – the SC are only available via bonuses and for free as a part of the GC packages. Lucky Hands will not allow you to purchase them outright.
How does Lucky Hands look and feel?
Lucky Hands Social Casino looks and feels like a contemporary sweepstakes operator. The site has a green theme going that’s based around leprechauns. What I like is that everything is easy to find and conveniently placed in the menu section on the left and right sides of your screen. You can easily access your account, the live chat, the coins section and even change the language from English to Spanish and vice versa.
As expected, the loading times are also fast, regardless of the game you want to experience. The game portfolio is good and every title will work on both desktop and mobile. Navigating around it is also a breeze because there is a search button and different subcategories.
Signing up is also straightforward: simply follow the step-by-step process. You can also open an account using your Google or Facebook profile. Just tap on one of the two icons and complete the procedure.
Is there a Lucky Hands Mobile App?
No, Lucky Hands does not have a dedicated mobile app for Android and iOS. I am sure this may disappoint some of you, but before you start looking for a new top sweepstakes casino, know that the site works amazingly on smaller screens. All you need is to open its mobile site and it will provide everything in seconds.
The mobile site works great on every browser and operating system. It will let you access all casino-style games, bonuses and features. The graphics and visual effects are stunning, and everything is adjusted so that it fits your screen.
I tried using the site on multiple devices and never experienced any issues. You can even create a home screen shortcut and access Lucky Hands with a single tap.
Lucky Hands Casino Game Library Overview
Choosing Lucky Hands Casino means you will have access to over 700 casino-style games. The number keeps growing because the site adds new titles from some of the world’s most impressive software providers.
You can find different slots, fish tables, arcade games and even live dealer options. Each one has its subcategory and you can easily browse through them to see what’s available. I came across options like American Roulette from Evolution, Bingo Twist from Kendoo and Ace Wings’ Fortune Shot from Ajoy Play.
Overall, the game section at Lucky Hands Casino feels modern and well-curated. Yes, the site may not yet have as many games as Stake US and other top-tier operators, but this will change over time. As mentioned, it keeps adding new games, which explains why there is a tab called ‘New Releases’.
The Game Providers at Lucky Hands Casino
Although there is no dedicated tab listing all software providers Lucky Hands Casino works with, I was able to find most of them. Overall, the site is on the shorter side in terms of software suppliers compared to some of its peers because it offers fewer games. The good news is that you can still find games from many of the industry leaders, including:
- Evolution
- Booming Games
- 3 Oaks
- Hacksaw Gaming
- Playson
- Evoplay
Is Lucky Hands Legitimate?
Yes, Lucky Hands is a fully legitimate sweepstakes casino that launched in late 2024. With its 24/7 customer support and clear interface, the site quickly became a hit, so it had to ensure all its users were safe.
As of today, Lucky Hands uses standard SSL encryption to ensure everyone’s personal details and passwords are secure. Moreover, encryption affects all transactions, making them secure.
As already mentioned, Lucky Hands also works with big software companies, such as Evolution and Hacksaw Gaming. Neither of them would associate themselves with a shady sweepstakes operator.
Lucky Hands Restricted and Legal States
You should be able to find Lucky Hands Casino in most US states, with the exceptions of the following:
- Idaho
- Indiana
- Delaware
- Connecticut
- California
- Louisiana
- Maine
- Montana
- Nevada
- Michigan
- New York
- Tennessee
- Washington
- New Jersey
It’s important to know that the U.S. sweepstakes legislation is very dynamic. States frequently change their requirements, so there may be new additions to the list of restricted jurisdictions. I recommend keeping track of the latest news in your state to see if anything has changed.
How is the Lucky Hands Casino Customer Support?
The customer support at Lucky Hands turned out to be a lot better than I initially expected. What I liked the most is that you can access it 24/7 and that there are multiple support channels:
- Live Chat
- Email – [email protected]
- Phone Number – +1 302 216 8791
- Help Centre
I will be honest – the live chat seemed the most convenient because there was always an agent who was ready to help. Sending an email may mean you need to wait for up to a day for a response. The phone number also works, but the people there may not be able to assist you with all your queries.
Don’t forget that Lucky Hands also has a community across social media and the two largest streaming platforms – Twitch and Kick.
Lucky Hands Casino Promotions for Existing Players
The welcome bonus is just the first proposition you will have access to at Lucky Hands Casino. Players with existing accounts can also find several other interesting propositions:
- First-purchase bonus: Those looking to make their first purchase can get a bonus of 300,000 Gold Coins + 30.1 SC for $10. This proposal is entirely optional because the sweepstakes casino does not require you to make payments.
- Daily Login Bonus: Lucky Hands casino will also provide you with a daily login bonus that depends on the Clover Club Tier. In other words, the higher your tier, the better the reward you get.
- Referral Reward: If you have friends or someone you know who wants to try Lucky Hands, you will receive 125,000 GC + 20 SC. Just keep in mind that the person must make a purchase of at least $15.
- Mail-In Bonus: Lucky Hands Casino has an AMOE bonus that will give you 3 free SC. Just make sure to follow the specific rules and send the handwritten letter to the right address.
- Social Media Rewards: As I said earlier, the site is huge on social media, so expect to find different short-term propositions. It is common to have access to various holiday promotions.
- Free GC top-ups: Running out of Gold Coins is not an ideal situation, to say the least, so Lucky Hands wants to change that. The site has ongoing bonuses that will give you free Gold Coins top-ups when you run out of them.
Lucky Hands Loyalty Program
The VIP program is called Clover Club and it’s designed for people looking to unlock exclusive rewards. The progressive loyalty department has several tiers, and people can progress through them by playing slots, fish games, and table games.
After earning enough clovers, they will unlock a different VIP tier that will provide rewards, such as:
- Loyalty Perks
- Bonuses
- Exclusive Offers
Don’t forget the daily login bonus and that it’s based on your tier in the Clover Club. You will get a lot more if your VIP level is higher.
Lucky Hands Casino Gold Coins Packages – How to Get Them
Purchasing Gold Coins packages at Lucky Hands casino is easy, even if you haven’t done it before. It starts by picking your preferred Gold Coin bundle, choosing a suitable purchase method and completing the transfer. All transactions are fast and easy to complete, so don’t worry.
Outside of the special first purchase bonus I mentioned earlier, the site also has many other Gold Coins packages you can choose from. They will usually also offer free Sweeps Coins, but beware that you can’t purchase the latter separately.
Lucky Hands Casino Prize Redemption – Fast & Easy
One aspect that impressed me most during my Lucky Hands Casino review was the redemption process. Redeeming your SC is possible by meeting the following three requirements:
- Verify your account
- Collect a minimum of 50 SC
- Complete a 1x playthrough requirement
Most sweepstakes casinos will want you to collect a minimum of 100 SC before making any redemption requests, but this isn’t the case here. Don’t forget that there are withdrawal limits of 5000 Sweeps Coins, but they can vary from state to state.
Lucky Hands lets you redeem your Sweeps Coins using Skrill, online banking, or a debit card. As for account verification, you must provide proof of age, identity and a credit check by submitting the required documents.
Play Responsibly
I urge everyone to be responsible while playing, regardless of their experience level. Lucky Hands Casino has some impressive games and bonuses, but you can only enjoy them if you take the necessary steps to stay safe.
The good news is that the site has a dedicated responsible gaming section that provides more details on how to do so. I also recommend checking our special responsible gaming article if you need further details on the potential tools you can implement and how they will help you have a better experience.
